Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Should you need to cancel or change your appointment, please notify us no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Because massage therapists are paid on commission, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible when needing to cancel or reschedule as appointment.
There is a same day cancellation/rescheduling fee of $50.00. This applies to appointments that are cancelled/rescheduled less than 23 hours of the appointment time.
In cases of no call/no show, there is an assessed fee of 100% of the service cost for your therapist's lost time.
Please note: we understand that things come up that are outside of our control, and we give grace in every instance where it is due. If there is inclement weather and advisories, please do not risk your life to get to your appointment. We are happy to reschedule in the event of emergency.
We value and respect your time, and we appreciate your cooperation with these policies.

Lost Time/Late Arrivals
If you are running late for your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible by calling or texting: (701) 580-0787.
If you arrive after the start time of your appointment, this may result in lost time and you will still be charged for the full session.
If you are going to be 15+ minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule for another time and there will be a $35.00 fee assessed to reschedule your appointment.
Your therapist may have the flexibility to extend the service time if you are late to your appointment, depending on their schedule and sole discretion.

Booking Policies
A card on file is required to secure the appointment. An appointment can be held for up to two hours without a credit card, but will be canceled if card is not provided.
Appointments may not be made online within 24-hours. Please call for same-day appointments.
Massage therapy is not meant to diagnose or cure disease. It is outside of a massage therapist’s licensing scope of practice to make any diagnosis or give healthcare advice unless that therapist holds a certification or license that is appropriate to do so.
Any services here are not meant to replace traditional medical and mental health treatments but work as complementary. If you have a medical or psychiatric emergency please consult a physician or mental health professional.

Illness Policy
Please do not come in for your scheduled massage session if you are sick, contagious or have a fever, skin irritations (such as poison ivy or sunburn). We do not want to risk infecting other clients, and massage can greatly worsen your symptoms of a cold or virus.
Please call your practitioner to reschedule for when you are fully recovered, and explain to them that you are ill and need to reschedule.
If you have any of the following contagious illnesses or similar, the massage session will be rescheduled: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, COVID-19, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Meningitis, Hepatitis A, Conjunctivitis, Rubella, Head Lice, Impetigo, Influenza, Meningococcal Disease, Polio, Ringworm of the body, feet or scalp, Foot Fungus, Scabies, Thrush, Whooping Cough and the Common Cold, Poison Ivy/Poison Oak, Productive mucous, oozing from any cavity, excessive or open sores cuts or bruises.
If you show up to your appointment sick, your therapist has the right to refuse service, and you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. Your therapist cannot book another session in this event, so please, if you are beginning to feel unwell, let us know as soon as possible before your appointment.
